May I COULD use Northwestern Mediation Services LLC after all.

Here's why.

I have some things for sale on Craigslist. I have been besieged with scammers wanting to send me checks so I can pay their "shipper" and then extract the rest for myself. These checks are, of course, fake.

Maybe I could accept these fake checks, then hire Northwestern Mediation Services LLC to harass the scammer into making good on the check? Or else arrest them? Sue them? lol!!

There is opportunity in everything! Scammers harassing scammers!

(Incidentally, I report every single one of these Craigslist scammers to the FBI.)

Received this call looking for my daughter. I am glad i searched this because just as i expected, it was a scam. I immediately blocked this number. Whatever you do, do not give out ANY personal information to these people. If it was legit, you would be receiving something in writing. He claims to be from Northwest Mediation and his name is Adam Miller. DO NOT give out any Information. It is a SCAM!!!

I'm glad i checked also. Mr. Miller has been calling me telling me that I have an IBC offense and it's urgent that I contact him back. I decided to look up the number first because it just didn't sound right. Please be aware of this.

For the last five days I have getting on going calls from this number along with voice messages of a different person. I receive a call every day with a message of some kind of morning sig
some kind of warning sign some type of documentation

I have received calls from this number for the last two weeks as well as voice messages from a different person stating they will be sending documents to my house for me to appear in court, they must have my signature for the documents saying I agree to the terms and conditions. I must sign for it. I stated No, you can speak with my Lawyer if you like any day of the week.

 I got a call a few days ago. Northwestern mediation services in reference of a case #. They said if I didn't respond back in Five days that their client is filing a deposition against for a payday loan. I have not received anything in the mail about this claim. I called back and the guy verified my address and ss#. He asked if I could pay the full amount I said no. He then said he would talk to his client about payments. He put me on hold and come back and said another amount which was still too high. So then he put me on hold again said he was going to talk to his supervisor because he  wanted to help me. Came back and gave me a final amount, I didn't know this was a scam, I gave him all my information. I didn't feel right about it but he scared me with the legal talk. I Google's the company. I found many comments about it being a scam. So I called my bank and told them.

This just happened to me from same person giving me a heart attack! Call was from Galveston. He even new my address. Freaks me out! Says he is going there or place of employment.

Now goes as Clearview Resolution, same 5 day tactics though. Amherst, NY address too. They called on a local number and after hours it's answered as NW Mediation.

Just happened to me! Chamberlain was his last name. Threatened papers to be served, to such and such address or employment. Case number, yadda yadda yadda. The previous numbers are a local number 205-918-7887, or 7885. Put call block on 7885....now back with the 7887...calls at least once a day .  I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one. At first was really worried about it,  now I know it's not legit!

I got the exact same call today!

I got a call today from someone named Cedric White. He left a message thatOutsource Courier Service, has a document they will deliver within 36 to 48 hours, that I need to sign for. He said it's a violation if I don't sign for it and/or appear in court. The number he left is 844-849-7251.
Sounds like some kind of scam to me. I did not call.

So did he ever call back or appear at your address? I got the same call twice since Friday. He says today between 5-6 someone will be delivering documents to my address.

Wow!  Looks like this has been going on for quite awhile, I live in the bay area and just got a call from an OUTSOURCE COURIER SERVICE # 408-512-1468, which shocked me as well, and this man over the phone asking if my address is legit, I asked him what company he is representing and he said I should expect a delivery in the next 36-48 hours.  I am pretty caught up with bills, so this was weird, so I did a number look-up and then called blocked, and this country bunk in on the phone is saying, " Outsource Courier Service" if you are calling regarding "Order of Attendance" or a Missed Appearance or Scheduled Appearance, leave your full name/case#/county of service, etc ... Crazy, what folks are up to these days ...!!!   I'm pissed, leave me alone!

You can't block your number when calling a toll free number.  By calling them you've just exposed your number further to these crooks, and could now start getting more calls.

Actually, they called from a local number, shortly after the 877-825-4490, so I was able to block.  I have created scammer contacts, so this doesn't happen again!  Thanks
