Same thing here.  This is the third time in three days from this number and all it does is say "goodbye" and hang up.  really annoying

This number calls me every day at least once or twice. hangs up when I answer. When I called it back I got music and nothing else. ???

I have gotten calls from the same number 877-824-8168. They say the name of the company is MD 24/7. They are suppose to be selling some item that will make it so you never have to go to an emergency room or Doctor again. That is all I know cause after that I asked to be put on the do not call list and was hung up. When I called back I was greeted my profanities and hung up on.

Just an update for any out there who may want some more information. The name of the company is MD247. The number is 866-568-6720. They are located in Seminole Florida. If you go to the BBB website and put in MD247. They will give you this information plus the exact address and a website. You can also file a complaint with them about the company.

This phone number called me six times within two days. The calls ranged from early in the morning (8am-9am) to the evening (6pm). There would be an automated voice that said "goodbye" and hung up.  Finally, I got fed-up with these useless calls and blocked them from calling ever again.

These people have called me 6 times in the past few days, {twice just today} and they don't even leave a message. And I don't intend to pick up, because I have no idea who it is... nor do I care.
It's getting REALLY annoying.......  x-(

I already had to block a different number from calling me about a month or two ago. Plus, I've gotten some other random calls that don't leave a message. I'm getting pretty irritated by all of this.....  x-(

By the way, they're calling my cell phone, not my home phone....

MD 24/7 and they call and hang up all the tiem I called back and he sd sorry and hu I called again and they picked up and hung up.

They called me and I missed the call today on my cell.  I called back and the guy answered MD 24/7.  I told him I was trying to figure out who had called me.  He asked for my number, looked it up, and then said oh, we wanted to offer you MD 24/7.  you never have to go to a doc's office again, yada, yada.  Just call this # and you can speak to one of our licensed nurses.  If needed they can cal lin a prescription for you.  He then asked to transfer me to his supervisor.  Asked if I would put in a good word for him.  This "Megan" answers the phone and said she wanted to verify Will's info he put in.  She asked to verify my address.  Then I told her I didn't ask to receive anything from them.  She then said BYE and hung up.

Whatever is going on behind this number is a BIG scam!!!  BE CAREFUL.

I got a call from 877 824 8168 and also 610 421 4139 twice in the same day within.  It is a scam.  I also have never gotten calls from any random numbers before and since i got the i-phone this started to happen i don't know if there is any connection i just thought that information might help someone else.

I got a call from this number as well... and the guy on the phone was from MD 24/7 (as mentioned earlier)... I asked to be taken off the list and the guy, who was breathing heavily on the phone, said "OK". And that was all... very strange! We will see if they call again.

877-824-8168 has called me thirteen times in a week (this is not an exaggeration, I checked my call history), never leaving a message. They call at all hours of the day, never the same time twice. I don't know who they are, but I want it to stop.

On 06-07-11, I received a call from 877-824-8168. I did not recognised the phone number so I didnt answer my cell. I did call back the number and it did come to MD 24/7. So I did the next best thing, I hanged up on them instead. Not only once but twice the same day.

On 06-11-11, I received 7 calls from 877-824-8168 from 10:16 a.m.- 1:57 p.m. Never tried to answer it because I didn't recognize the number. They never left a message. thought about calling it back, but decided not to bother. I figured it must not be important because they never left a message.

the phone number 877-824-8168 has called me three times. the third time a lady finally answered. she said she was calling from largo, florida and is calling all visa and mastercard holders to sell them MD 24/7. she said 70% of all ER visits were unnessesarry and could be avoided with one phone call. she then said i could try a 30 day trial while receiving other discounts ( prescription, etc). i hung up

OKAY IM PRETTY SURE THAT MD 24/7 IS LEGIT...BUT THERE ARE PROBABLY A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS OUT THERE WHO CLAIM TO BE THEM. I TOO HAD A MYSTRIOUS 1800 NUMBER CALL ME AND CLAIMING THAT THEY ARE FROM MD24/7. I SLIPPED AND GAVE THEM MY PERSONAL INFO.
SO I DECIDED TO DO A LITTLE RESEARCH AND HERE IS WHAT I FOUND.

I FOUND A WEB DESIGNING WEBSITE THAT CREATES WEB LAYOUTS FOR PEOPLE AND THERE WAS ONE PERSON IN PARTICULAR WHO ASKED THE WEBSITE TO CREATE A WEB LAYOUT FOR THEM AND SAID THAT HIS WEBSITE IS CALLED MD247.COM!
