Recieved call claiming debt but debtor could not verify any information due to "sealed" documents.

This number has called me twice. The man , a Mark Fox, leaves a message saying that he is going to come in person and get you.  This man has called twice.  I willnot pick up the phone.  He scares my children.  This is amazing how these people get to do this.  I have no idea how he got my number which is unlisted.  Do not pick up phone if you receive a call fro this bogus number

They called and left a voice mail on my cell phone with a new number today the number is 1-877-275-3558. Someone really needs to get these [***] i really dont need threatening messages on my cell phone.
