This is Desjardins Insurance.  I submitted an online quote request a few days before and it's a follow up call.

While I did not answer the call, the caller ID says Desjardins. It is also listed on Desjardins' website here. http://www.desjardins.com/ca/FAQ/index.jsp?se ... &categorieId=26

This number called me two times. The first time it was for insurance, it was fine because I asked them to call me because I wanted more informations. However, the second time they called me, when I picked up, they hung up on me without saying anything ... It was weird and unprofessional.

It was for our home insurance with Desjardins. The lady left a message saying we could subscribe our account to have an online access. Okay call.

They left a message asking us to call back. We didn’t. Instead we called the official Desjardins toll free number and asked if they know this number. After some inquiry the lady from Desjardins told us that the number is not in their files. And this is coming from Desjardin Insurance.
