no message left... nothing online

This is from Cash Money - a payday loan company

Repeated calls from 877-857-7805.  Claim to be looking for some bogus name: "Patrick Burns".  Must be bogus, as it is not even the name from previous phone owner, who was "Christine Turner"  (kept getting her calls.)... Got my phone number from Rogers, in Ontario Canada.   Note:  If you get a telnum from Rogers, make sure it is not a recycled number.  Have also been getting bogus text messages (use XtremeText option to block those).   Really annoying.  I get these text messages from 5 digit numbers (ie. not real phone numbers, so stupid Rogers Xtreme option cannot be used to block these).  Will probably have to dump the phone, as too much spam/crap pumped thru it.

Ok, I called these guys, an yes, they are "Cash Money", a payday loan company.   I explained I was getting these calls for a "Patrick Burns"  (not sure if this is a real person ... might not be).    Gave them my number (which I have had for a year), and told them situation.  The telephone clerk was polite and helpful, and said they would remove my number from their calling database.    Strange, but the volume of scam calls on all my different telnums seems to have gone exponential lately.  Goofy boiler-room stuff, all this NLP nonsense when you answer (ie. the scammer starts into a spiel, as if he has already had several conversations with you.  Make sure to just hang up quickly..)
Perhaps when folks borrow money, and don't pay it back, they are giving a fake telnum?   Anyway, confirmed that 877-857-7805 is "Cash Money" company.   If you are getting calls incorrectly about a deadbeat, then you can call them, and they do appear to deal with it.   Their URL is:  https://www.cashmoney.ca/contact/   which has the 877-857-7805 number listed as their contact point.   (If the calls keep coming, I will post a followup.)

i got called by this number 3 times, third time left a weird message and idk why. didn’t even specify the company

This caller is Cash Money.

This number is calling my work left a message they were cash money i have not delt with these people they have never once called my primary number i know for a fact i don't owe anybody i have done a credit check on myself i have excellent credit what should i do

Set a certified not me letter.

They are debt collection from CashMoney. If they call and you do not have an account ask the be escalated to fraud, of they looking for someone else, inform it's wrong number. They will stop calls.
