Bogus collection agency, threatening leagal action for some made up BS. sick of these [***]

Fake collection agency, left message on my phone I’m contacting. Feds.

Received this msg. On my answering machine threatening to put me on "temporary hold on service of summons". After the second attempt to contact, i will be issued,  "failure to serve" from law offices of K & A. Dont want spam calls.

The scammers called from (408) 372-5051. Which is another number which has also been flagged as a scam on 800notes here: https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-408-372-5051
And left the following message:
"This is not a solicitation call please listen to this message entirely. There's currently a motion being filed to suspend all bank account bearing your name and focal security number. To review all immediate rights and details and avoid all future proceedings. Please contact our office at 877-864-3820 or press one to be transferred to a case manager."

Called this morning.  Don't know what they were talking about!

Left 3 messages threatening to suspend bank accounts/legal actions. No idea what this is about. Glad I checked to see if this number was fake.

Didn't answer and they left a threatening message.

I got a message telling me the same thing: "That I am being summoned and that a temporary hold will be placed on service of summons" so that I can contact them.  "After the second attempt to contact, I will be issued a 'failure to serve, from the offices of K & A." This is a scam. I called them back and it rang and rang after I selected "customer service"... then nothing. I'm reporting them.

I received an automated call from 716-240-2103.  The call said:

"There's currently a motion being filed to suspend all bank account bearing your name and focal security number. To review all immediate rights and details and avoid all future proceedings. Please contact our office at 877-864-3820 or press one to be transferred to a case manager."

Im submitting a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission....This has to stop!!!  Such harassment for no reason.  And just so everyone knows, if there were any kind of judgement against you, it would come in the mail via certified mail.  NO ONE would ever call with an automated message asking you to call another number.  This has been going on for 6 months now.  Ridiculous!!!!

Fake calls received from this number. Just blocked it. Wasting their time.

Threatening call to suspend my social security number and all accounts bearing my name. Fake scam number.  Also asks you to call a different number to clear up judgement.

They just called me about five minutes ago and left a message saying the exact same thing that it said to Kay above.  Word for word. These people need to get a Life and leave hard working people alone.

I literally just got that voicemail

Received some type message. Old caller ID had 4083721241 Milpitas,CA. Also the name Mark Collins came up last week.

Received a call from (347) 201-9571 which left the same threatening voicemail and asking me to call (877) 864-3820.  Left no company name.  fake

I got the exact same message and so did my spouse.
