    Junk Fax Scam Insurance Company. This is the number to be removed from their list. Don't trust it. The number for voice was 800-320-9968. The person who answered told me the company was "First American Healthcare".

    Removal number for some junk fax advertising bogus health care plans.  Looks like the same fax that Jim received.  File FCC complaints to get this crap to stop.
