Called me, hung up when I picked up.  When I called back, it went to answering message that said "If you want to refinance your home...".  I hung up.

This is from Diamond Resort a Time share company from Las Vegas

I just got a call from this number. My phone is stupid (SO many reasons!), and when I hit the answer button, it didn't answer. I subsequently missed the call, of course. io answered that it is from Diamond Resort, a time share company. I did stay with them in Branson, MO a few weeks ago, so it makes sense that it would be the Diamond Resorts.

This number is actually phone masking. When answered it is a telemarketer from Diamond Resort International Timeshares based out of Las Vegas. They try to give you a reduced rate to a nice hotel in one of several cities (your choice of location) but, you pay a reduced fee. You then are committed to listening to their sales pitch. Don't give any credit card info over the phone and don't commit to anything. Read the reviews online for this company. They won't give you anything in writing until you put out the money. Also, you have no way of knowing if they change the hotel due "availability" or if " additional fees apply" and by then it is to late as they have your credit info.

Please do not call us any more.  We are not interested!!!!

I just wanted to say that they are a legitimate company! I'm not an employee or anything, just a longtime customer and they're not a scary credit card scam. I've gone on the vacations and they're pretty great. I just want to leave this here so people aren't turned away thinking that this is a scam. :)

I called Diamond Resorts International at 877-787-0906 and confirmed that the 877-866-3868 is indeed their "Customer Service" number. I told here its more like "Customer Harassment" and that i do not appreciate them calling me, a member for 5 years and not leaving a message on our two cell phone #'s. If you get a call, its because you are a member and they want to give you yet another sales pitch. Call the 0906 to complain.

If they  are not a scam, then why are they  not responding to folks when they pick up the phone? If they are not a scam, why when I stayed at a diamond resort hotel I was sold a trip to another hotel as a bait and switch.  I did enjoy my last  vacation with them in Scottsdale, Arizona, but their sales team are scammers. Do not trust diamond resorts.  If you have an opportunity to stay there that's fine but do not buy their plan.
