Threatens arrest for an unpaid loan that I do not have out, even called my works HR

Called the company I work for 9 times in 45 minutes.  Returned call and threatened to see me in court.  Complete scam.  Payday loan from 2 years ago that didn't exist.  Very abrasive and threatening.   Calling an attorney now.  Unacceptable.

Company wouldn't identify themselves by name.

Called my cell phone number asking for my x-husband by name was the first call i told him no you have the wrong number he says how long have you had this number. I told him this was a cell number and hung up.

He called back and left a voice mail message, that said "This is the office of Richard Hobbs my x-husbands first and last name i have a formal complaint that has been filed in my office against you. claim# (whatever# he rattled off) you need to contact me at 877-871-3930 then said my x-husbands name again you have formally been notified".  Yes he was very abbrassive like he was coming out of the telephone to get you.  I called the number back in the weee hours of the morning and it said this is NVP no one to take your call please leave a message in our general mailbox or call back during normal business hours....
