I got a phone call from this number and they claimed to a consumer research dept of grocery savings. they told me i won a 1,000 grocery voucher and then wanted to know my card number to pay $1 for shipping. i told them no i didnt feel comfortable and he assured me they were the real deal that they would provide me w a confirmation number and gave me this number to call them back on. not sure what to believe

They upped their price.  I got a call from them at my work number with the same consumer research info, and they wanted to get $3.00 for shipping.  It's not happening at my house, because i don't give out my card number, but i want to know how they got my work phone number to call and ask foe me by name.

Got the same deal charging me 3.00 and I kept saying i am not interested and they still went through...they had all my name cell phone etc. this number whe you call it back it rings for ever then it just goes in blank. I want to cancel what ever they are trying to pull on me and can't get through. if anyone knows what to do please advice.

I received a call tonight also from my cell phone. The company claimed I had won an $1000 grocery coupon voucher.The company name is Grocery Savings Direct. The lady said all I had to do was answer some questions. I asked her what was the catch? She said there was none. After some more questioning , she told me all I needed to do was pay for the shipping (which was $4.90).  I know it was something because the deal was too good to be true. Anyways I ended up tellng her I have to look into the company and to call me back. The phone number she gave me to call was 1-866-344-1898 to call. She also told this was a limited time offer and I was randomly selected to participate.I am glad I found this board.

Really? People have to research this? C'mon, most of you were born at night, but not last night...
