Husband saw a pop up on his laptop and tried to purchase the antivirus software, scammed us charged $110.10 and $80.09 and no software that works!

was scammed for a antivirus 2008 software and cannot reach the companey for billing question's or anything else

Don't buy this software it is a scam, these people really are the scum of the earth!!!!!!

How dare them take money from people falsely.

We need to find them and sue their [***] all the way to the Supreme Court.

I received a Pop-up too, i thought i had to undate my internet security with this Antivirus 2008, so i did it and got nothing. This is a scam and i'm not happy at all. I agree they are the scum of the earth.

Folks I got scammed also. when I reported it to my Visa they referred me to  http://www.antiphishing.org. They are an organization who collects information on these scam artists. If you get a second send them the info through their website and report these thieves.

they got me i purchase there product that does note work and paid 125 cad i have been trying to call them no one picks up the call and no reply i wish i could do some thing about this but i guess nothing cane be done oh i will now here from my wife

I was scammed by billinternet.com. In addition I cannot use my Google e mail. I was billed $109.85USD and did not get software downloaded.

How did you remove the pop up? It keeps appearing everytime I go online. I cannot access my gmail.

I've cancelled my credit card since i know they have my details and i don't want them to take anymore, they took $50.00 out of my account which i know isn't that much compared to some of you guys, but its not the point. I've also rang the bank and they are going to send me a investigation form for me to sign so we can try and get my money back. So if it works i'll let everyone know.  I bought internet sercuity NOT over the net and I ended up having 59virus because of the stupid antivirus 2008.

I just experienced the same thing. They have so far charged me twice not only for software that doesnt work, but that cripples my computer. As far as getting the software off of your computer, go to 'my computer,' find the antivirus setting and uninstall it. After you do, empty your recycle bin, or it will come back.
That at least gets rid of this cursed program. As for getting a refund, we are on the phone with the bank right now. I am not optimistic.

Make sure you CRTL ALT DLT it and remove it off that way or it wont let you delete it.

the popup got me to. a week ago but they told me it will be shipped to me,but i never got anything. u guys have been helpful.
