A girl called named Michelle. She would not tell me what the call was about and that she needed the person she was calling for to return the phone call. She said "business call". Have no idea why they were calling. Probably a bill collector wanting money!LOL with today's economy good luck!

Same thing. Got a call for my daughter, personal business matter. Did a little research... it's a medical collection agency. So she must have a medical bill out there unpaid. Girl named Stacy left her number.

This caller is Keybridge Collections, a medical collections agency (also telephone number 419-879-9822) from Lima, Ohio. They refuse to talk to me (looking for someone else) when I answered call but they did leave a message on the answering machine on another call with enough info for me to google search them.

Keybridge collection agency from Lima Ohio. Will call and ask for employment verification. Don't give them any info say wrong number or that person don't work there.

Just got a call from them.  Didn't answer because I never answer numbers I don't know and if it is important then they will leave a message.  I don't have any delinquent medical bills so not sure why they are calling me.

Keybridge Collection Agency looking for some one named Rachel.. I have a daughter named Rachel who is 33 yrs old. They collect for unpaid Medical bills ....Here is an idea contact her husband , not me... I don't know how they got my phone number my daughter doesn't even have it....

Keybridge Medical Collections has called multiple times requesting an employment verification for the same employee over and over and over again ... I keep telling them the same thing, they are an employee.
Please STOP CALLING, make notes in your system with the information that I have provided you with and stop wasting my time and yours.

Person called my ex daughter in law stressed it was a legal matter for her ex brother in law. Wouldn't say what agency that were with or what matter was in reference to just left number . My son has no contact with ex sister in law how could they ever connect the two? Creepy

This number called concerning a medical bill for my daughter. Since she has a mental disability, I am her voice. It took us four months to get her medicaid approved, and she now has outstanding medical bills. I attempted to relay this information to "Amanda", she refused to speak to me without a power of attorney (which by the way I have several). All I tired to tell her was that they need to re-submit her medical bill to medicaid and it would be paid in full. Since she didn't want to listen to COMMON SENSE, this medical bill will obviously go unpaid. Good luck to whomever gets this bill collector!

My fiance got a call from a bill collector didn't say what it is for sid if it was not Gwen to press a number if it wasn't me and tbey should call back.why call back if it isn't me. I have had several scammer calls about debts why would I trust one I never heard of .

Received an automated call, no identification, indicating it was a debt collection call. Number given for callback, also displayed on my phone, was the 877 number already discussed here, and which a google search identified as Keybridge, a medical debt collection agency. I have no past-due bills.

I've been getting so many calls from unknown numbers that I don't trust anyone I don't already know. This does appear to be a legitimate collection agency, but I'm not about to give them anything over the phone, not even to confirm my name and address that they could get anywhere. Other unknown callers have my name and address and ask for money and I KNOW they're not legit.

Automated message from KeyBridge over supposed debt collection for a spouse. I am unaware of any medical bills, and haven't received any notices of anything in collection or any notices for unpaid medical bills.

Was told I have an outstanding balance for a bill oversite...so she said.......I have no outstanding bills from any medical procedures......they are looking for a credit card number to cover your so called outstanding balance.  i told them i would pay the bill when I received a physical bill. it is a scam!!!

White American female caller wanting to verify employment.

My doctors office was supposed to send me a bill.  I started getting calls from this number about an unpaid medical bill. It is Keybridge. I hung up on them and called my doctors office. My doctors office was sending my bill to the wrong address. I told them I can stop by after work and get a bill from them and pay it. Key bridge kept calling and I told them what was going on and they told me I couldn’t pay the doctor since it went to collections. I told them to pee up a rope and suck on the wet end. I’m now sending them a bill for my time answering the phone. If they don’t pay I will turn them into collections.
