I have yet to receive a phone call from this number however, today I received the vehicle document/alert notice in the mail again and this number was listed as the contact phone number.  I also wanted to add my comments to this post , despite not receiving a call so far. No, I did not call it and this letter will be shredded. What makes me laugh is that I have a 2006 vehicle with 30,800 miles on it. Somehow I think I’ve passed all warranty coverage LOL

I also received no phone call but the letter was in today's mail. It claimed that "I have received multiple notices and have not contacted" them "to update your auto file." The letter went on to urge me to call to update my coverage. If I neglect to replace my coverage, I will be financially liable after factory warranty expires. They gave me until 12/08/2018 to correct my oversight. I LAUGHED!!! I"M A SENIOR AND HAVE NOT DRIVEN OR OWNED A CAR SINCE 1996!!! If you hear from these people, BLOCK THOSE PHONE CALLS AND SHRED THOSE LETTERS!!!
