- Gerald replies to JenniferI also have received the same info. The guy I spoke with said his name is Wayne Price from Canada. I was telling him this was a scam when he started speaking over me. I tod him to have a good day and hung up.
- Beak replies to JenniferI just got one too - said we had signed up for a 2 year contract - first was free and now the invoice is for $699.95. When I spoke to the CSR - I said we did not want to renew and he said because we had agreed to the two for one special we had to pay this time, but when they sent the invoice out there would be a letter stating we didn't want it anymore and that there would be no further contact from them. Well, guess what - got the invoice, but no letter. Hmm - interesting after reading these posts. Tried to fax them a note with the invoice, but fax doesn't work!

Tried phoning, but auto attendant said all CSR's were busy and to leave a message! I left a message - will be interesting to see if they call back!

- Becky| 1 replyWe have also received a "closing account letter and invoice". They have called several times. Told them we are not paying and this was a scam. Also made a complaint with BBB. That was a joke. After third response from the company and me BBB said they were closing the file as the case had been dealt with "appropriately". What the heck does that mean?? Today got another call. Told them we are not interested and this was a scam. Will see what they do next.

- BeakWell, here we go again. Just had another call - guy was really rude. When I told him we knew this was a scam, he got very belligerant. I told him we had never received anything. He said they have record of the directory being delivered to us. I said we weren't paying for anything - 1) we never ordered (he said there is a recorded call saying we agreed to it) and and 2) I told him to show us proof of our ad. He kept saying we weren't paying for the book, just the ad. I said show us proof, but he just kept yelling at me that we owed the $699.00 + tax. I finally got fed up listening to him and said I knew this was just a scam, told him that I was hanging up now and not to call back. I know they will - just wish they would go away. Do they think we are so stupid, we can't see through this? They are persistent, that's for sure!
