    Received a call on my mobile from this number (877-888-0869).  They left a voicemail saying it was the Southern California Edison billing office and that they were going to cut off my power in 30 minutes due to a delinquent balance.  In the voicemail message, they said to call them back at 877-351-6585.  I'll leave a comment on this site for that number, too.

    Then about two min later, I received another call with the exact same recorded messaage from this number - 877-664-4014.
