No message so I called back, Accurian (?) medical study volunteer thing. Asked to be removed said no problem will take up to 10 days to be on the no call list.

this is a telemarketer soliciting people to participate in their COPD clinical trials & scams, such  as taking surveys for banks, major department stores, medical charity groups, disabled veterans groups etc, all seeking $$$$ and personal information to access your identity and accounts etc.  I have repeatedly told them that we are on the DNC list, yet they continue to call repeatedly all hours of the day & night & weekends as well.  When you stay on the line to tell them to stop calling & remove your name & number due to being on DNC list, they are VERY RUDE & ignore the request.  Here is their information: Maritz Holdings, Inc. I have gotten call after call from this number and wish for the calls to stop. I have called back and get a recording that identifies them as Accurian...A COPD trial medical thingy. We have been put on the do not call list and update it as often as they said we need to do that, but STILL get the calls. Why can we not get a little peace!

just got the same call from 888-872-4960. They have called 5 times today. I finally waited and spoke to some guy, told him do not call list. I said I was on the national do not call list he said that that is for solicitors. and they are running a study....what a bunch of crap. We should have better control of our privacy.
