    Posted in:  https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-888-5657
Web page looks like a 1 year old did it:  http://www.alexassocfamily.com/contact.html
BBB lists them as ALAZANDER ASSOCIATES FAMILY and gives them an accredited A+ with only 1 complaint:  http://www.bbb.org/stlouis/business-reviews/c ... ly-mo-310487221
Facebook page to make them look legitimate:  https://www.facebook.com/pages/Alazander-Associates-LLC/222729554451163
Looks like one of the criminals that works there has a LinkedIn page:  https://www.linkedin.com/in/whitney-pate-8a360348
It seems they have multiple addresses in Missouri, I wonder why?:

Bizapedia lists the head criminal:  http://www.bizapedia.com/mo/ALAZANDER-ASSOCIATES-LLC.html
According to Google maps, the address on Rollins st looks to be a vacant lot, the address on their web page looks to be some sort of a shopping district in an impoverished area, and the address on the highway is possibly their actual address.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

Assuming we actually believed that, no great loss, just another criminal debt collector gone to that very warm place south of here.  Maybe his kids will be able to get an honest job instead of stealing money from people like their father did.

Is there any reason why I cannot find any such company as the one you are representing online?
Is it because it is a criminal enterprise as BgA has alluded to?

Would you care prove to me that receiving a phone call from alleged debt collector means the person on the other end of the line owes a single dime?

I know for a fact that you cannot do that. Would you like to know why? Well I am going to tell you anyway.
I have been issued phone numbers in the past where I have received phone calls from alleged collection agencies asking for a complete stranger. I tried to tell them they had the wrong number and often received a hostile attitude.

I don't know if I believe that either, but if it is true, I don't want to see any family have to go thru hard times as such, I am a compassionate person but this man was not
