I received the same call from the so called social worker from such 'university' offering courses to learn English. The only companies that know my cell phone and whom I order Spanish speaking channels or services are Dish Network, and ATT. They must be selling the phone numbers to scammers. I was asked my name but instead, told the social worker I am on the do not call list and will report them, which I did.

I also got this call but unfortunately I gave them my number and my address. They say they are going to take me to court if I don't pay them the money. What can I do? Help

Just got a call from this number. I said hello twice, they hung up. I called back and a spanish speaking woman answered, I asked who it was, she said she doesn't speak english and hung up. Slightly annoyed bc the only people who have my number are actT7ual businesses who I deal with!

This university called me to offer the English Course, and asked me for phone numbers of some known to offer the course, I do not want continue with the course. Called my friend to ask about my information, thretening her to call inmigration and charged a total of 3000 dollars frightening .
threaening me with a lawyer's office to charge me and send me to jail. verbally ataking. I hope the people stop doing that abusers with hispanics.

Got call from this number they asked if i spoke Spanish. i said no. he said good bye. I called the number back and when i said hello they hung up on me.

I got a call from this # & there was silence then a female computer voice said "goodbye" I called back & a spanish accent lady mumbled "ello". It sounded like a house with background noise & a tv commercial or something. Then I said something like who's this? & they inhaled & hung up.

I received a message from this number on my cellphone a couple days ago.   The message made no sense, so I figured it was a case of a wrong number, a message from someone I don't know.  After a second message, I texted back to let the unknown caller that he/she reached a wrong number.  I received another message, so I called back on my landline.  A Spanish-speaking female answered, I repeated my message, and she said, "no English speak."  So?????  I am clueless!  However, based upon other comments on this website, there apparently is a "Spanish" connection, and also, it is an 800 phone number.  Why can't ATT identify the caller, obviously, a scammer?

I missed the call. I called back "Buenos tardes". I will play their game and let everyone know how it goes.

did they even send you anything?? and if they did send that [***] back they cant take you to court for [***] theres another site that a lawyer posted on claiming they're doing the same thing to his illegal client and they claimed they are with the government and they were going to turn him over to ICE and deport him its all [***] they just want your money dont answer the phone for them

I just recieved a call from this number today. They did not left any message. Their scam got more sophisticated since they've build a website. This is the link http://www.williamkennedyuni.com/ As you can see, this is just a lame template.

So these people have called my father 3 times. Today they called and the first thing that the guy said.was something about getting a lawyer... My father stoped him right their and asked how they got this.number and why are they calling him threatning with no exple.ation... These people need to be stopped. My pops works to hard to ve dealing with random bs. When I get home I will be calling a lawyer to see what measures caN be taken. And u know what these people now need to pay my father and all of.u for this complete and utter [***] of a scaM. im just wondering if this happens who will speak out and help us against these scum. I cannot tolerate a theif. Especially wjen their trying.to rob my family. .... Targetting latinos cuz they think their english might be a little off. They think they can scRe us into beleiving theor lie with layers?. They think we are idiots. Well u know  see who has the last laugh when these people end up in jail or.giving us.their money.

my boyfriend got the same call but now they are calling frim a different number it is 866 9994969. so watch out from this number to. but its funny cus my man goes on wit their game. be careful everyone. its the same girl but she gives out different names. like rosario and cinthya. they have many numbers . another one they call from  is 866 4591155. does anyone know if they got calls from any of these.they even said it was classes to do at home. that they would gove you dvds and online books

I'm a private investigator and I just got this call too. So, I went on trying to find more info on the lady caller.  She kept hesitating when answering me. She finally gave me a 800-459-1155. She said she was from this so called William Kennedy University. She said she wanted to help me to get scholarships. She asked if i was an illegal; But yet she sounded like she was an illegal from Guatemala or El Salvador (not Mexican).  The number (877)999-9151: comes back to a GLOBAL TRANSPORTATION & LOGISTICS LLC 8201 NW 66 ST SUITE 10 Miami, FL 33166 Freight Broker MC 682684. And the other number 800-459-1155 nothing yet.  will keep investigating later...
