I received mail from Norton AntiVrrus charging me $44.95 to renew subscription which I never requested  They even quoted a credit card to automatically deduct charges to whom can I report this?

Got email that my credit card was charged $84.79 for Norton 360 renewal.  Called this number and person was in India.  Valid credit card was charged and they said I had been sent a previous email stating that this charge would be made.  I called credit card company to verify charge and have it disputed pending promised credit.

I received $129.00 charge against my credit card for renewal of Norton Antivirus. I did not ask for renewal.  Plus, I am not using the devices that I that I was using when I made purchase two years ago. I do not the charge is legitimate. I this the caller was phishing. I cannot find the origin of this number.

This is Norton Anti-Virus customer service and a legit number.  They did not call me, I called them.  They automatically renewed my subscription (I have many times requested and/or set the system to manual and not automatically renew), when I had requested that they not do so.  The price was $99.99, for a package I paid $29.99 for last year over the counter.  I complained and Customer Service refunded my money and gave me the package at $29.99.  Inconvenient time waster, but no problem, and  Norton Customer Service rep was very courteous and fixed the problem immediately, no questions asked.  Be nice!
