Call from them first to my boss saying they are going to garnish my wages.  I call them back it is Prudential Legal Department.  You can't google there number or find anything about them on line.  When I called back she said I post dated a check for a car or home lone.  Lie Lie LIe then asked me if my checking account ended in ---- and I said nope and you have not tried to contact me at my home and I will not give you any info over the phone.  I said that is not me and asked her to stop calling my work.  Gret a real job and quit trying to scam people.  She said they had tried to contact me at home.  LIE LIE LIE.

Recieved two calls over the last 2 days accusing me of fraudulent check writing warning of legal ramifications to follow. I DON'T EVEN HAVE A CHECKING ACCOUNT!
They also contacted (follow me for a sec) my uncle's wife's mother in Florida & HER uncle in Austin. WTH?!
Another thing-it is illegal to garnish wages unless it is due to a defaulted student loan or back child support; it's also illegal to try & scare you with these tactics. Don't let these idiots scam you!
