    When you call back the number it states that it is Phllips 66/Conoco. It is probably just a courtesy call to pay a past due invoice.

    My office number receives a call from this number once a day, but 7 days a week.  They leave a message each and every time (robocall).  The number you're asked to call back is: 8664192780
    If you call it, you immediately get another spam/scam call to the number you're calling from and the number you actually called wants you to enter your credit card information.  yeah right!
