Bill collector, threatened legal action, very harassing.

Yeah I've been getting the same phone did she ever happen to say what it was about because this women is getting very annoying

Anybody call this back.  They had my bank info and said fraud charges.

calling to collect a debt from a relative!!  said i was liable because i was used as a reference.  gave me too much information for not being a personal debt.  very aggressive.

Donald keeps calling me and threating that I am going to get a summons, especially at my job.  I have read the messages about this place and have not done anything about it and he just called today and said he last talked to me in October what is my decision.  Do I want the summons served to me at work?  He told me to call the place that referred it to his office and confirm.  He mentioned something about United Debt Holders also?  Not sure what that was about.  Help is this real or not.  Should I worry?

Getting calls from lady named Rachel saying it legal matters fraud. This lady has alot info even called my landlord who knows how they got that info its scary.

Voicemail left did not say the company name, said her name was Heather Hiland, gave a phone number, and said "I have a complaint here for Harris County with your name and social".  Nothing else.  They called my work phone 30 seconds after calling my cell, did not leave a message on work phone.  Not sure if I should call them back.

got call Thursday and Monday from a Donald.  States that they will serve summons and press charges to the fullest extend of the law in Texas.

This number called me at home while I was at work, called my dad's home & cell phone. I don't know how they got his number.

I have been threatened at work also by "Donald." He has threatened to call references,  and serve me with a summons at work. He has never ONCE told me what debt he's referring to and has been very aggressive and nasty. I told him that I was not allowed to take collection calls at work, but yet he still calls ... despite the fact that it's illegal to do so after verbal or written request. Real scumbag he is!
