Called said they were from Centegra Financial.  I had a bill paid it.  Trying to advise I owe more money than I truly owe.  They say it is an automated call.  I told the person in no uncertain terms that I pay when I get a bill and I also wait until it goes through my insurance.  This is  now a nusance call for intimidation.  They said they would take me off so I don't receive automated calls.  We;ll see

Centegra had their financial people call today 11/718 to harrass me for $50.00 deductible I owed for an emergency room visit in September!

Their billing arrived in The mail 2 days ago and was not due till Nov 29th!   Are things that bad at Centegra Huntley??

If I was months behind I could understand, and also their questions to me seemed as though someone was phising for my information!

If you call me and I was at your hospital, you have my information!  I do not trust calls from 877 exchange!

Centegra supposedly!  I was treated by my specialist!  Have not seen my bill yet, but they want me to pay!   How come an 877 exchange is calling?  Why not someone from Huntley Northwestern?  And cant they wait for medicare and my supplemental insurance to make payments??  Quit harrassing or I will begin to use Advocates beautiful facility in Elgin!

First off centegra was bought by northwestern so to call from centegra... there is something off. They called asking me to verify information. I have insurance and was completely covered for the procedure that was done. So why call me months later? I informed the woman I would not be giving her my ss number. I told her if I owed anything I will come in person to verify. At that point the conversation was done. Just something seemed off.

I just got off the phone with Northwesterns billing department after receiving a large bill for a service I had done in February with this callback number. They had no records of this bill or any account numbers it shows, and it shows that everything that I’ve had done is paid off. Please look into it before paying “Centegra” after they merged with northwestern. Something’s not right.
