Just received a call from this number saying they are a process server

Got similar call. Server processors dnt announce when they're coming. They just show up. This sounds like scam or debt collector asking u to call that fake number. Be cautious...

Fake independent server processor. Server processors don't announce when they are coming. They just show up. They're making u call a fake number, but debt collector on the other end of the line... Be carefull of this people...

I got the same call

Received a call two days in a row from this # threatening to come to my work or home to serve me. I called the # back yesterday and talked to some guy who seemed to have an answer for everything. When I asked him to fwd me the info he had regarding this debt he refused unless I made a payment first! I said no! Today I just got the same call but did not answer. Left a voicemail from a lady named “Nancy Morris”.. so annoying

Just received two voicemail messages from a man claiming to be an independent process server within my County. He stated that he would be out the following day (1st message) between 3:00-5:00pm to my home or place of employment. Then again he left the same message but it was apparently left the next day as he stated that he was coming out "today" between 3:00-5:00pm and that if he was unabridged to serve me and receive my signature then it is to be documented a flat refusal and I'd miss the court date. He said that if I wasn't going to be available during that time to contact some office to discuss rescheduling and proceeded to leave the office number and a case number for me to reference. Well it's now 4:56pm and I have yet to receive a knock on my door. Sounded very suspicious to me!

Received a call from a a woman named Erin stating that the was from national carrier service and was delivering a legal document.  I questioned her and would not confirm my info and stated to her that I was going to investigate her number and hung up. She then left a message on my daughters phone from a different area code with a threatening message. I attempted to call her back on the number that she called me from and it had been disconnected.

I got a similar call from "Nancy Morris". This is a scam. I am in the legal business and no process server who EVER worked for me gave a window of time for service. Stupid. Not real.
