Who or what is the originating caller?

This phone number is campuscorner.com.  They provide info on various colleges and whatnot.  Likely they are calling you because you requested information on options for post-high school schooling.

Two missed calls from this number on my cell today -- the 4th of July! Still dealing with the fallout from saying on a recent job application that I was interested in furthering my education. I am, but not this way...What followed was a barrage of calls and emails from a bunch of for-profit online colleges. That was unnerving enough -- then I saw a TV news story on these institutions of higher learning, about how they lure returning soldiers into spending their GI Bill funds to earn credits that it turns out are not transferable to other colleges.

I did request info on a college program. Becky and Jeff are correct. They have been calling me ever since I requested the info, but this was not what I was expecting. I expected an email with info so I can review and make my own decision without being pressured. I have had 4 calls for the morning already, the first was just after 8am and the last one was at 9:20am

How do I get them to STOP CALLING!?

They called me on labor day!

I keep getting calls from this number too. Today they left me a voicemail. It said if I want to stop receiving phone calls from them I need to answer next time they call.

SDo, of course, you'll just not pick up when they call next, right?  Of course, you could qanswer the next time they call; and give 'em the old metal whistle in the ear; might help get your point across.  What a lot of nerve.

Everytime this jerk calls I answer and them they hang up. I don't know who or what they want but enough is enough. I get a call 2-3 times a day and always the same thing.
