Several calls from this number - no one there when you answer

I get nearly daily calls - once someone was actually there and I asked to be put on the no call list - yet the calls continue!

I finally got thru after returning the call. Apparently this is a marketing company for contractors and educators based out of Portland, OR see www.quinstreet.com
I had used the internet to get some quotes on window installs and then the flood of calls started coming. Apparently this company was a little late in responding - so think back and see if you made a similar inquiry...

Answered call, no one there...

But I too had placed an inquiry about a custom window, so probably the same people as the other people have written about prior.

Call came to Kansas at 16:33 hours CDT on 4-1-11. Call not answered and no message left. Note other posts that reflect a possible connection between inquiries about custom windows. Caller ID said "Toll Free Call".

I didn't answer, no voice mail left. But, Me too. Internet - wood floors!

Several calls from this number.  Didnt answer, no vm left.  I did go on-line for some flooring quotes - hardwood.  Seems to be common.

I copied & pasted the paragraph to stop this nonsense from their "privacy policy" @ the bottom of thei homepage:

If you no longer wish to receive communications via email, you may opt-out by clicking here  and following the instructions to unsubscribe. To have your personal information completely removed from our databases, simply contact us at  and provide the name of the service for which information was provided, your full name, mailing address, phone number and email address so that we may identify you in the opt-out process. I am receiving these calls daily and would like for them to stop. What can be done about this ?

stop calling my cell phone

Daily calls from this number.  Entered my info for a quote on window installation and roofing at respond.com.  I sent them an email asking for account cancellation through the "Contact Us" link at the bottom.  We'll see if this works.

Received call on my private cell that I don't give out to ANYONE, not even registered to my real name. Now that I think back someone was calling for a window install job a while back, I think it's because a 90 year old lady thinks my number is hers and gives it out. I get calls for Ruth from Beatrice and Gertrude all the time.

Exactly the situation with me.
Called Service Magic and Sears for Windows replacement quotes.
Days later, voila!  Unending sales calls from this and similar 877-numbers.

Awful!

they call all the time and according to other eposts it is a sles call
