Walter did you have some sort of claim with Hewlett Packard because thats the number to HP's Case Management line

Do you know where this number was generated from?  I have had the WORSE time dealing with the people and the products from them and want to report them to the BBB, but don't know which office to file my complaint about.

I have a warrantee on my 4500 printer.  They sent me another one, it was defective.  I was told that because it was an older model they were sending me an upgrade, a 6500.  It is very large and does not fit on my desk.  I wanted to return it but there was no return label on the package.  

After 4 tries, speaking to people from India, no luck.  I finally received a call from Case Management Dept this morning, a gentleman named Mario.  He said they were sending me a NEW 4500 and not to bother returning the 6500.  Now, here's the catch, they wanted my credit card number, I only gave them half of it, he guaranteed me that they would not charge me for the 6500.  I asked them to call back and I would look into it further.  Is this a scam or a Merry Christmas?
