Im to make payments every month through a debit card, my account with check n go went to united debt holdings who then sent the account over to ncs,received call from Winter@ ext.719

I received a threatening message from some woman named Kim Reed alleging that I was attempting to defraud a business and I had to call them back to give a statement or they would give one in my name. This is total crap. No debt collector would do this since it is considered harassment and is illegal. Please don't fall for this garbage it is a scam. I'm about to forward a record of my call to the FTC and Department of Justice.

These scam artists contacted my ex wife this morning who I haven't spoken with in 7 years regarding a so called debt I owed them. I called 8779174850 ext 740 and spoke with Angela Danson. I provided Angela with the case number she gave my ex wife. She proceeded to ask for my date of birth and the last 4 of my social which I wouldn't provide until she gave me more info about the alleged debt, their address and the name of the so called original debtor.  She hung up on me when I wouldn't five her the information. I called back and spoke with numerous agents who all terminated the call when I could not give personal information to them. What do I need to do prosecute these scammers?
