called with threat summons to court and is coming to my home and employee. lady name Ashley says she is a private locator with a law suit. who in there right mind tell you your going to be arrested.

I receive  the same message while on  vacation, don't bother with that they are scan people,  this is the 3 time in the past 2 years and still waiting for that court order to be serve.

I received a call today after they called my son to tell him about it with case# and I would get summons . I called them and they said I owed $150 payday loan which I already paid ! And the company that I paid has a number not working anymore ! So now I don't know what to do , I am so tired of scammers and I think this is a scam , 877-917-4853 and on paperwork it says 877-389-1232

I received a call from this number on my home and cell phone. Not sure how they got both. They stated that I bounced some checks from a TD bank account. I do have a TD account, but I don't use it. Also, I cant tell you the last time I wrote a check. I mean, this is the digital age now. Well, they said that they are going to come to my home and place of employment to serve me a court summons. Not once have I received a letter in the mail, or a phone call for that matter, about any outstanding balance or bounced check from TD Bank.

I smell scam!!!

they called saying i owe a payday loan and that i am being sued and left a name and number to call well i called them and gave them the case number and the name of the guy calling which was james white. and before this ahley person could say amymore i told here that this phone call is being recorded for the da's office that i have filed a complaint agaisnt them i asked if she was ok with the recording she said no and hung up the phone
