i was contacted by this number, Longview Acquisitions.  They are trying to collect an old payday loan with threatening delivery of court documents.  I called to find out and unless I give them payment arrangement today, they will deliver a judgement against me through the county and prosecute.  I've read this company is a scam, and got advice not to pay them until I have something in writing, but I am scared.

I got a call from them too. I think it is a payday loan affiliate. You know they share your information. I've received payday loans in the past but haven't for about a year now. Thank you for insight. And I wouldn't worry about them because if the could've have presented you with a law suit they would've by now.
