    A quick search revealed that this is a scam. If you get same message, please report it to the Feds at:

    I just got a text from this number saying:

    "8779177184@office.com // A check order for your Treasury F.C.U. checking account was placed. Please contact us immediately at 1.877.917.7184"

    Someone's up to no good. It's a shame... on Christmas Eve too.

    Got a text saying a check order has been placed for my Treasury F.C.U checking account and I should contact the number immediately. Obviously i have no such account. Suspect some sort of scam.

    Hey folks,

    I just got the same text message.

    I assumed it may have been from my real CU, as I did purchase some tickets today... so I called the number... and the moment it started asking me for my card number... I said "screw you.. etc...." and hung up.

    It's some sort of scam, please be careful!

    Got the same text, called it and they want my credit card number. They didn't even ask what credit card!!! This is a scam and it's to bad it has to be that way. Please do not give these thief's any of your info.
