Received a call from this number stating the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me, I know the IRS does not have a tele market service do this.

Me too right now.  The IVR voicemail sounds so legit!

What's scary is I just called the IRS and they have an automated answering service and the voice is identical to the voice that called my phone. I could not get through but this phone number is not the phone number listed on the website.

They just called me. It's the same group of people that claimed i owed some online payday loan in which I never took out and was fake. They switch reasons and covers just to extort money from you. Don't give them a dime! !!

IRS claiming they have an arrest warrant for me.

They left a voicemail saying it was the IRS and needed to call the number back immediately because the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. When I called back the guy did not speak good English and I hung up on him. A few days later I received another call from 253-203-1850 stating the same thing. This time they asked if they were speaking to my maiden name and when I started asking questions he hung up on me.
