- Roger| 7 repliesI thought this number was a scam at first. But then ended up calling them back to see what it was regarding.
Glad I did because they helped me repay a loan that I def owed, I took it out a while back and forgot about it. It was killing my credit until I repayed it. Felt so much better. - Tamianth replies to Roger| 1 replySo how about giving us the rest of the info on this so called great company there! Since you have done business with them you should have the following information which is public so no excuses.

- MidNYteStorm replies to RogerI would assume that part of your job is coming here to make the calls sound legitimate? Well, I am not buying and neither is anyone else.
I hope you have a wonderful day. - U.R.Fullofit replies to RogerThe Liar's Club has been off the air for years. Guess you missed the memo!
- CWG40 replies to RogerYou "forgot" about a loan. How does that happen? Unless you're suffering from some medical condition, it is pretty unlikely you forgot about an existing loan.
You're fooling no one. You know that don't you?
But.
On the off-chance you are telling the truth, how about giving us the name and address of this wonderful group you dealt with.
Also, give us the name of the person you dealt with. I suspect a lot of people would probably like to stop by and discuss things with this person.
Up close and personal you might say. - Blake| 1 replyCalled my Google Voice number (that I've had since 2009) looking for a guy named Joel.
Don't know any Joels nor do I owe anyone any money...

- B~| 1 replyThey have called harassing me for several weeks now. They have even called family out of the country and ex's in no way connected to me. They say that they have a summons to serve. I've repeatedly told them to go ahead and serve me at work or home and they have never shown up. I am trying to find a way to stop the calls through legal means at this point.

- leeI just got the same call as well for this! I asked for the company name that was suing me, and they had no info to provide as the document was a sealed document. But that she would come to my place of employment to serve me with this. I explained that would be no problem at all.
- Howtostop replies to B~Help this is happening to me too they will not give any information. I want this to stop they have called my old landlord and they say it was for a old payday loan I borrowed 590 in 2013 and they had taken 3,281 out of my bank. And say I owe 1,000 more I have all my bank statements and proof of payments !!!
- Yoonnot sure how they got my info. but have received multiple calls saying "this is your only official notice"...called number back and no company name listed and person who answers phone just says "hello". Scam.
- AnonymCall comes from an UNAVAILABLE #. Asking for my ex's dead beat brother, and says he has me listed as a point of contact. Caller says she needs to serve him with legal papers but gives me this 877-917-9393 number to call for additional information but when i call, phone picks up but no one answers. Today was the second time they called, and its starting to piss me off!
- Can we say SCAM???They have called me 10 times at work today. I finally called them back and asked them for their company name, full address, so that I could send them a certified "CEASE and DISIST" letter. They kept asking questions to my questions like "what number are you calling from?...I responded by saying "you the number I am calling from". They asked for SS# and I said "if this was a legitimate call, then you would have that information"....I repeatedly asked for their company name, and full address because I needed to give that to my attorney so he could send a letter and look into these allegations"....they refused to give me any information. I said so this is "SCAM" and the guy said "Sure if that's what you think it is", then hung up. SCAM!!!!!

- Angie replies to TamianthI asked who they were and their address and was transferred to a "manager" who refused to supply me with who they were and address. I was told out of the safety of his employees he couldn't provide me the address. He sure is a holy man though, he kept telling me to not use the name of the Lord in vain, and that he was going to pay for me.....WHAT!!!!!! A scum bag thief Bible thumping me as he commits theft. Must be one hell of a stellar company....run by a Bible thumping thief.....does it get any better than this?????
Oh, just in case your moron company pays someone to read these posts, listen up...I have filed a report with my local sheriff's office as well as the FTC, because of the nature of your crime is fraud, the FBI will be involved. I placed my call to my local FBI office per sheriff's advice.....Good luck to you, it's just a matter of time now. You messed with the wrong person - sharonLeft message saying this is Nancy Morgan and that this was the final summons on behalf of plaintiff and that I would be served at home or work. Next time I answered and was threatened they were going to serve me at work and I said great that will work out really well, when are you coming? She threatened that supervisors would need to be involved and I said great and she said good luck with that and hung up on me. Disgusting scammers.
