Same as above. Why SquareTrade doesn't identify itself by name, since it is a reputable company? Who knows ...

(Suggestion to 800notes:  Under "Call Type" selections ,  perhaps you should add another option, such as "legitimate business"?

A lot of businesses misconfigure their outgoing Caller ID Name, or fail to configure it at all.
Remember, scammers also spoof legitimate numbers.

Called me at home, left msg, called back, they wanted serial number of device.  Their website says registration is not required.  Agent was unable to explain the phone call.  Very annoying.  Canceled policy

They said this is iyogi, remember us?  Called twice this week.  They use different legitimate phone numbers; bad scammers. I threatened i'd call the bbb if they didn't stop calling me.
