Man requested an IT staffer who doesn't work at this location.  Avoided directly answering me when I asked what the call was in reference to.  Put him on hold to research number, and he hung up.

A lady called looking for our Director of IT and stated that she was from NetApp and wanted to see if their company could assist us in data storage. This is a sales call to try and sell their business to IT parties within a company.

Matt Shaw from NetApp claimed to be following up a data request from an IT manager.  Doubtful, I screened the call (and had to apologize for disturbing her in a meeting).  Needless to say, she'd done nothing of the sort.  His reaction was that he must have the wrong information.  Yeah -- our phone number!

This # called twice while I was on another line, didn't leave a message.  I just called back and it is a NetApp voicemail / autoresponder.  "Please enter the extension you want to reach or leave a message".  I am certified and used the phone# they called in the paperwork.  It's obviously sales SPAM.

Called to update the time stamp on our Discover Card.  Wanted to run a sample card number through.  Don't give this woman any information!!
