Bizarre offer with equally bizarre 'second-and-final' followup to serve a summons at home or place of work.  No specifics, neither name of party to be served nor entity behind service nor nature of the summons.

Call saying that they want to serve me papers at either home or at my place of employment.  If I call them they can put my file on hold or otherwise they will file it as unable to be served.  Does not leave a company name or this is in an attempt to colletct a debt information that is required when an agency is trying to get in touch with you.

Left message that they had a summons to serve.  I called back and they answered "Scott Sanders with Litigation Servies" and asked if I was Kaylene McFarland.  This is the second time they've called so I asked to have my number removed from being associated to that person.

same thing.. looking for someone with my sons name and gave me bogus phone number and case #

They called my husband saying there was a legal complaint against me and that I needed to call them back..SCAM!!

Same as everyone else—wanting to serve summons but I’m not at home. I am. Old debt from 2008 trying to collect. Was paid off years ago. Tried last year. I looked into it myself. Reported to BBB.

Allegedly getting served as part of “mass procedure of multiple debtors” which are bogus and inaccurate. Scam and phishing trying to scare people with alleged debts decades or more old and way past statute of limitations. Don’t confirm you’re aware of the alleged debts or the calls won’t stop. Continue to call spoofing numbers that are areas of former residence or employment. Dirtbag people to say the least.

Same as other entries- female voice identified only as "a process server", and did not identify who the call is intended for (note- that's because they don't know).  Indicates desire to establish contact to serve a summons.  This is a scam.  Their purpose is to frighten the (unknown) recipient into calling back and providing information.

Got a voicemail only from 900-999-9999. Gave the number 888-201-2922, I  called back and I was placed on hold right away without someone responding they had hip hop music in the back ground some guy answered and said this is Scott sanders litigation then asked if I were John Revera I’m not even a woman .  LoL sounds fishy

Every day I get a call from a different state saying that they’re a process server and that I should contact (888)201-2922. It’s obnoxious that I can’t block these calls.

I have been getting these calls nearly every day.  It's a scam.  A process server wouldn't be calling you to make arrangements to serve you.  They would already know where you live, where you work, and how they can get a hold of you.  Calls are annoying as hell.  They come in from so many different numbers that I don't even bother blocking them anymore.

Phone never rings, just comes through as a voice mail.

Voice mail comes through as follows -

"I'm calling from a private processing division to schedule a process server to come to your home or place of employment to provide you with a summons. The process server will only make two attempts to get in contact with you. After the second attempt, if no contact is established, you will be classified as a failure to be served. Any questions or concerns you may have can be addressed at 1-888-201-2922. I will go ahead and put a hold on this service of action to give you the opportunity to get in contact with the office. Once again, that number is 1-888-201-2922."

Funny thing is they're supposedly only going to contact me twice but they've done it 4 times so far. Not calling them back since I have no idea who they are or why they're contacting me. Filed a complaint with the FCC.
