888-201-3731

Caller was looking for a relative, identified themself  as a “document delivery service”, and provided a confirmation number. When asked about a company name or what this was about, the caller would not give any more details. Suspected scam call.

They started calling me yesterday at all hours & state they have a letter to be delivered to me. I just recently changed my number so I do not know how they received it.

Caller called from a "restricted" number saying that they were a courier service and wanted to verify my address. Said they had documents and that I should call 888-201-3731 and gave me a case number. I asked what this was about and they said that I should call the number. They did say that the company at that number was Gold Group

as those above, i got this call. they left voicemail with the 888-201-3731 number and a case number. when i called back, i was told they were from the gold group. they were looking for my brother. that hasn't spoken to me in years. i still have his number, so gave it to them and told them to remove my number.

They didn't need you to give them his number. If they found yours they certainly can find his. All they were trying to do is embarrass him into paying what is probably a non-existent debt by having his family know he allegedly owes money.

This is the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

They called private, left a voice mail asking for my mother by name and even said her home address, left a file number to call and refer to

They called me and said they were the sheriff's office and were calling about property at my address.  They had the street address but not the apartment number.  There are 100 units where I live.  I knew they were a scam but I called back and told them they were a scam and they didn't ever have the "balls" to show number and/or location they were calling from and then hung up.

They called saying I had a certified letter at there office and was trying to collect a debt from 10 years ago. His name was john Vegas and his number he gave me to call back was (909)990-1608.

They left a voicemail on my son's phone and stated that he was my emergency contact and they need me to call them about a package
