Claiming Dr. Estape's office has asked them to collect from me a past due amount.  When I asked for a phone number, this is the one given and his name Jered Duke.  When I said I was going to call the Dr.'s office because this bill has already been paid..he said..NO, NO, NO you cannot call them, because they have asked us to collect from you.  This man was very, very rude, he would not let me speak and was very loud. 10-27 at 3:27 pm

there was a guy called for my brother his name was jared duke wanted info on my brother and would not give any info to why he was calling so i did not give him any info about my brother..
