calls and leave no messages.calling it back it rings and nobody answers not even a ans.-machine!

I started receiving phone calls from this number yesterday. I'm a little paranoid about it because my wallet (with EVERYTHING inside of it) was stolen on Wednesday. I've tried calling the number back because I was at work every time it's called (about 3 times now), but I get a busy signal. They left no messages. I'll try to pick it up next time they call and see what happens...

ask for my name saying they heard i want to make more money. i said no, i asked do u like when people call your phone all day? and he repeated the question and aimed it back at me, thats what made me know its a scam because a normal person wouldnt do that if there phone line could be possibly being listened into.
