The called my sister stating they were a processor server wanting to schedule a court date for writing bad checks.  Funny thing was, she also received a call from the same number months ago asking for me stating they needed to talk to me about a pay day loan that needs to be collected on.  When I tried to call that # no one answers and when my sister asked for the company name they just gave her a case # and said to have me call.

THIS MAY BE A SCAM. Scammers are using bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.
