"Cathrine daily" called. At 830pm. I answered with hello who is calling? She said her name but no company info. She said she was calling for a guy. Well that's not me so I asked what company this is (hoping to report this person calling at 830pm) she said in a condescending tone "why would you care if he isnt there" I repeated the time because I couldn't believe someone would call at this time. She then said sarcastically "I must have the wrong number right" . She then hung up.

There is nothing to report about calls at 8:30pm. The federal window for sales and debt collection calls is 8am to 9pm at the location of the person receiving the calls. Some types of calls such as surveys do not have to abide by that window although most survey companies do.
