This is CON EDISON'S  SMART METER GROUP. They contracted with Southern Cross to install SMART METERS.  I don't have meters in my apartment. I have told SOUTHERN CROSS at least 10 times to call the management company of the property.  I have spoken to CON EDISON'S SMART METER DEPT. I will guess the information disappeared in the SMART METER DEPT'S Database. Perhaps they need more intelligent workers?

Do you often look up known phone numbers when there's no logical reason to do so?

I do not have a working phone where I am or your email.....
