Just received a call from "Duke Energy" who stated my lights would be cut off in 20 minutes. They gave me a reference # and a phone number to call. I called number back and gave them the reference number they gave me. The person went on to tell me the power was being turned off in 20 minutes because our bill has not been paid in 2 months. I told him I know for a fact it is a scam because he could barely speak English. He proceeded to say, "Why don't you suck my **** you f********g b**** and lick my b****s." He then hung up on me.
