They called me and left a voicemail saying that they are monarch solutions and have been saying that I have an “account” that was submitted for final review

Call was for a family member and not me “This call is in regards to documentation sent to your address that you failed to respond to you if you can please have you or your attorney call our office by the end of business today at 888-202-4691 again that number is 888-202-4691…”

This family member has never had my phone number and has never received mail from them. The last call from them stated that they were going to meet me at a very old address to serve a warrant”. They use illegal threatening and harassing collection techniques.

I keep getting the same calls and threats. They claimed that a family member has an unpaid credit card and I told them I have nothing to do with it and not to call my number again. They call from different numbers. I no longer answer my phone with numbers I am not familiar with.

Voicemail was left on my phone saying "This call is in regards to documentation sent to your address that you failed to respond to you if you can please have you or your attorney call our office by the end of business today at 888-202-4691 again that number is 888-202-4691"  I called them back they told me they are Monarch Solutions and that they have been authorized to collect on a debt from a medical instuitution for 90 Dollars.  They said that they had sent information to an address i have not lived at in 10 + years. Very aggressive and rude.  Ended up hanging up on the person.

Scammer lady pretending to work for Monarch Solutions  calling about a bill I do not owe.  Do not give her any information.  She tries to scare you.  Please be sure to waste her time if you answer this miserable women's call.
