I was placed on a recorded line & asked to send money for a loan that i never agreed to. I sent 30$ to this company.

OK...so you were scammed.  Why on earth would you send money to some unknown person for a loan you didn't ask for.? You've got to be more vigilant than that, Celeste.  This is a well known scam.  You can read about it here:

In the future, NEVER, answer calls from persons or numbers you don't recognize.  NEVER give out personal information on the phone.  NEVER send money to persons who contact you by phone claiming to be debt collectors, prize companies, IRS, etc.

It is against federal law for a company to offer a loan or a line of credit over the phone and require an upfront payment.

brad marshall called, said he was from asset assesment department and was coming to my house.  i am to have no loose animals or firearms on the property.  he told me he was at my house and could not make positive physical confirmation that i was there, gave me my address, said he would be seeing me very soon.  he left this number and instructed me to call .
