Called me and around 5 of my family members saying I have a claim on my "social security number"  haha. Doesn't even make sense.  Just a bunch of intimidating words jammed together in a sentence.  Write a new script.  Idiotic.

Call came to my cell, my husband's cell and our home phone looking for me but using my maiden name. Caller identified herself as Stephanie Colton from Legal One and Associates stating some paperwork had come across her desk with my name and social and that I was to be served a notice of intent on a pending legal matter. Also stated that I would be served on Wednesday, 9/14/16 at either my home or work between the hours of 12-5pm. I'm assuming this is a debt collector but not entirely sure what else it could be. Regardless I am not calling them back. When they knock on my front door on 9/14, they can deal with my husband; that would be priceless :)

Called my job and said I would be served on Thursday and needed to speak with HR to find out the company's correct protocol when serving employees.
