Oddly enough, we received a mailer with this number on it. They appear to be (posing as) a credit card refinancing company of some sorts. They start by informing you of the Credit Card Accountability Act and associated lending policies, blah, blah, blah. They provide you a case number and claim that you are eligible for a 40-60% resolution of your credit card balance-make the mailing look "official". It seems too fishy! Probably nothing more than an eloborate scam!
