My mom said this same guy called and left message for me to call him at the same #. He told her he was with Harris County. I felt like it was a debt collector. Was this personal valid, did he tell you he was with Harris County and give you a file #?

I wrote a letter to not call my cell phone anymore.  If they do not abide by that they will have to pay.  Look into it.

He told me there was a civil suit against me and they had the authority to arrest me....I've tried caling the number back several times and all it does is ring.

It's a total scam!! The guy called my Dad and left a "claim number " when I called back he answered only stating his name not the business.  He then proceeded in telling me there was no website to log onto to pay my bill, and that a payment could not be mailed. They only except debit or credit card payments.....I of course did not pay and told him I'd get back with him......don't give him your information!!!!

What is the name and address of this company? They've called me and family members threatening me with arrest and I don't have anything outstanding.

They called my work number and said they wanted my labor deparment to call them back because they are investigating  a fraud case against me!

Someone identifying themself simply as Bill left a number and case number saying that he was calling from "Social" and that there was an investigation into a fraudulent transaction.  He claimed that there had been countless attempts to message us (there has not) and that they would go forward with pressing charges if Bill was not called back by 5 PM eastern time at 888-202-6298 extension 312.  I will not call back.

the same person has called me using 3 different names, saying they have case against me and were serving me papers, this was over a month ago, then a call today saying I commited fraud.  This is a scam as the numbers change, the man leaving the message changes his name, Jim Evans, Kevin Stevens, Kevin Frances, same voice same speech patterns each time.

Received this call today from "Kevin Francis" stating that there was a civil grievance filed for deliberate deception of a financial institution.  Gave a case number and said to call back on 888-202-6298.  Nope, not happening.

I received a call today. Total scam. Their rep would not tell me the name of their company or send me any info about this so-called case number they have.  GET LOST!!!

I get a call from Stacey....I already gave this company 60 dollars. I set up payment for more. I realized it was a scam and canceled my debit card. Now they keep calling. Who can I report this too? The police?

This number belongs to Green Square Debt Collection Services.  They called looking for a relative of mine.  They apparently got my number from the relative as an emergency contact.
