I got a message to call this number supposedly regarding a parcel that required a signature. Haven't ordered anything that would require a signature. The voicemail said to use a reference number then it went quiet so he never gave the number.  Wondering who this is

They clsim they are a law firm. it a collection agency trying scare you.

Received a call from a spoofed phone # of 850-298-8903. It left a message claiming they attempted to deliver a parcel but no one was there to sign for it stating to call them back at 888-202-8038 and reference file # then went quiet and did not provide a file number. I suspect this is a scam or 'debt collector' trying to use bully tactics since the message was incomplete, did not use a name for the person or company nor for whom they are trying to reach.

said they were a law firm collecting a debt. Said a warrant would be issued if payment wasnt made by 5 today. $300 car title loan

Hi did u pay urs my husband got the same call and even though I told him it was a scam he paid it so I'm going to bank first thing to cancel payment thank god it's still pending

Same a number of people, said no one was available to deliver a package, that was a lie. Then message faded before they gave the 'reference number'. Undoubtedly a criminal scam.

Claim they will file criminal charges for an old debt. Wanted payment by 3:30pm. Refuse to provide any company information other than they are a law firm. When questioned about what their firm is named they hung up on me.

Got a call stating about a old loan and about a check I gave them that I needed to pay the 817 dollars amount or a warrant would be going out at 4:30 very rude kept transferring and said oh well nothing I can do immediately hung up when I wanted to ask more questions. By the 888-202-8038

Warrants are criminal, issued by the police, the DA, and signed by a judge for criminal acts, not by some scummy debt collector. Not paying a bill is not a criminal offense. You also do not get called about a warrant as the police will simply come and pick you up and provide you with new silver bracelets at the same time.

Just got a call from an Illinois number...which is the state I live in. I don't answer numbers I don't know so they left me a voicemail. It was an automated message telling me they've been trying to reach about a returned parcel that needs to be signed. And to call them immediately at 888-202-8038 and reference file number......and that's where the message goes dead. I have a feeling this is Alliance....a debt collector that uses scare tactics and intimidation, illegally mind you, to try and collect debts. It's a wonder they're still in business. Someone needs to track them down.

They called me from a spoofed number that actually showed up as the clerk of courts. When I called the courts that's what she told me. If we have a warrant we arent gonna tell you!

My wife received a call from this number 888-202-8038 and they left her a message saying they tried to deliver a  and no one was home to answer. I was home all day and no one tried to deliver anything, I checked my ring videos and no one attempted to deliver anything. I called the number and asked who they were, and they hung up on me.

This number called claimed I owned a debt from EZCorp Payday loan and that I was going to have warrant out for my arrest for felony fraud if I didn't pay them by 4pm. So of course I freak out and pay the guy and then called EZcorp and asked about my debt and they said it was paid in full back in 2013!! These people are scaring people and scamming them out of their money!! I am now working with my bank to get mymoney back.

The number that appears on caller i d is for FedEx. The number referenced to call back is not FedEx. Scam collection agency. Blocked.

Same message left about a signature needed for a package, also disconnects before file # given. It's no doubt a scam and total BS.
