Received call about lack of response to bank binding agreement...no company name mentioned, the call came from a 218 area code (which, when called is not active), but message said to call 888-202-9155 w/in 24 hours. What a scam!

Also informed me of a breach of contract with an unknown bank. Asked me to call back within 24 hours or press one to speak to an associate now. Called from 208-995-2788.

Scam said my bank draft for the missle had been breeched...don't know what I would do with a missle showed as 505 796 6201 gave this 888 as call back....gee I wonder what missle I bought

Got an automated call from 509 252 0457 saying my bank draft agreement has been breached and to call back at 888 202 9155

Same as others - calling from 208 and 512 area codes

“Your bank draft arrangement for dismissal has been breached, our records indicate that no attempt on your part to proceed has occurred. As of this day and then accordance with the terms of mutually expressed if you intend to keep your binding agreement press 1 now to speak with an associate, to return this call, please contact the office within 24 hours at 1-888-202-9155”

Then the next day I get another one from unknown caller

“ This message is intended for ______( my name) ____ , this is Lauren, I’m calling with the dispatch service department in regards to documentation that’s being sent out to you from the clerks office. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to the forms that are being issued out to you, please contact the issuing firm handling the file at toll free 1-877-659-3130 and reference (____) this is time sensitive and it does require signature if there is no return call, adress as well as place of employment will be deemed verified and the documents will be issued out to you and you will not be able to make any changes to them”

It’s quite treatening some of those messages, it’s been almost 2 years I am getting them. The first time I answered they asked me a bunch of info( I did not give nothing but my name) then they said anyway they have it because it’s public records but they just have my old adress in Texas. So I contacted to Clerks office there. If they claimed they filed some kind of suit against me the clerks office would know. I also called the collection agency they claimed to be, they have no records of me. I contacted the bank that I had a debt with initially, file has been closed for over 7 years, passed the status of limitation. They I called the collection agency it had been sold to, file has been closed out.

From my research these are scammers but some of them also are cheap collection agency that bought old closed debt pass status of limitation like mine and will use scare tactics like this in hopes some people will just pay...

Need to call saying that I had breached my contract and then I needed to call this number +1-888-202-9511 within 24 hours. This call was on Tuesday the 19th of March 2019 I was not home I was out of town at the time. The call did not show up on my caller ID so they must have blocked it. I did not return the call because I know it is a scam. Beware

I had breached my contract legal contact...

A family member alerted me that this company called her twice. She would not have been referenced ANYWHERE on any loans that I have. None are in default. She stated she was called twice, which is illegal under the FDCPA. The messages that were left were detailed in nature and divulges the nature of the call, rather than simply trying to update contact information. Not sure of the legitimacy of this business, but if they're a legal business they're soon going to have a big FDCPA lawsuit against them.

Collection agencies, I understand your need to exist, but you can't violate the FDCPA under any circumstances. There are too many layers out there now that have formed the FDCPA and FCRA practice. Big business in suing your industry. Legitimate collection agencies don't engage in these actions.

If you're getting these calls, google FDCPA Attorneys or Abusive Debt Collectors and see how easy it is when they violate your rights.

Also know, there is a legal means for collections. Sadly, many of these 800 note pages are filled with legitimate collections being called scams. If you owe a debt, work to pay it.. don't come here and say any collection call is a SCAM. If they're violating your rights, you can recover for it. LEARN WHAT YOUR RIGHTS ARE.  Go ask google.
